Dear Ma'am,
Low grade fever with loose stools - isn't enough to say whether your baby has got an infectious cause. However,
1. to maintain hydration I would suggest Oral re-hydration Solution - Probably Pedialyte 90 - can help a lot.
2. If you are breast feeding then that itself can be a remedy - yes there are a lot of biologically active substances to resolve the loose stools in Mother's milk
3. Holding on fruits - better
4. Cereals needn't be off your child's diet; In fact they help to some extent.
5. In addition, Zinc supplements would required as per WHO recommendation.

Yes stick to the formula, watch for signs of dehydration, and keep an eye out a high tempature (rectal temp higher than 101 degrees F, ear temp higher than 100 degrees F, or an armpit temp higher than 99 degrees F) and call the doctor if it get to high. Hope this helps!

Stick to the formula if she will tolerate it, my best advice is to take her to the Dr, babies dehydrate very quickly from diarrhea and /or vomitting

Your baby might be teething. Double Check.
