Doesn't sound like you really want to lose 20 lbs. You first have to set your mind to do it or you'll never achieve it and certainly not by April. Cut back on what you eat and how much. If you eat alot of fatty stuff or high in sugar stuff, eat 1/2 of what you normally would. Easing into it might be easier for you then totally cutting it out. If you hate cooking, eat those skimpy little Smart Ones, Weight Watchers or Healthy Choice entree's you can buy in any grocery store. lol, as for excercising, it doesn't really matter how little you eat if you don't excercise too you might not see much of a difference, depending on your metabolism.

Good luck

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

1. Find exercise you like (there IS something!). Try yoga or just taking a walk every day. 2. If you absolutely HATE cooking, then invest in some lean cuisine or healthy choice frozen meals and eat them for lunch or dinner. Also eat a lot of fruit (no cooking required). 3. Reward yourself for doing well. For example: Lose 5 pounds, buy a new pair of shoes. 4. Tell your friends/family about what you are trying to accomplish. They'll help support you and make it easier for you to lose weight. Good Luck!

You know, I've been wracking my brain trying to come up with the answer to that one. I've found it!!! TAPEWORMS! I've called doctors and even veterinarians and not one will let me get a tapeworm for a few months or even a few weeks. They say it isn't FDA approved and could cause my health to deteriorate. I argued saying that being a lardass is unhealthy in itself and they should make an exception. No dice. Anyone know how I could get a tapeworm without having to cut open an infected dog or something? If not, then we will just have to keep thinking. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

You're not. That's the problem with most overweight people. Treat your body with respect instead of loading it with chemicals from processed crap food.

As a mini side lesson:
"To", in the English language, is a preposition, having multiple meanings and correct usages. Cannot be replaced with the numerical value, 2.

I lost a lot of weight, by just not eating supper every night. I always eat a good lunch, but I cut out snacking and supper, unless I was invited out by friends. I don't cook either, and I don't keep food in my house, because it makes it more appealing to eat when you get bored. I don't exercise either, just because I'm to lazy.

Well then you must not want to loose the weight badly enough. It doesn't go away all by itself... you have to work for it.
