Also, this is a slippery slope that I am not comfortable stepping onto. Imagine if the States started drug testing for all of the state/federal assistance and benefit programs! You'd be taking your grandmother in for a pee test so she could get her social security or imagine your father having to submit to a drug test in order to collect his VA benefits.

I would think that if you have to ask how much it cost then you can't afford to pay. What ever it might cost is going to be too much. If you could afford it then no matter what the price you would pay for it and not ask the price.
