Just go through the international operator, I would do it from a payphone or private phone - it would be tres expensive from your mobile. If the person you are calling accepts the charges, there would be no cost to you.

You can call if you have international calling on your cell phone and if it receives reception. I have a t mobile and it works wonderful over there. You must dial 001 for US then the area code then the number.I'm not sure of the cost but it is expensive. I talked for hours for two weeks and I wound up with a 500.00 phone bill. It was worth it to me though.

0800 REVERSE
This is very pricy though, and I wouldn't use it.
Also if you call from a mobile you will still have to pay to dial the 0800 number likely, so it would be best to call from a pay phone, it would be free to you.
The best thing to do though would be to buy an international calling card for £5 and use the 0800 number from a payphone. This will get you cheap rates.
