I think I have the body of a stripper, big behind, thick legs, small waist,and a big bust. But I don't want to be called a hoe when I try the stripping thing. My boyfriend says he's going to leave me if I decide to take it all off for the buck.

If your controlling boyfriend won't let you make decisions about what to do with your own body, inform him that there are bikini clubs, and clubs that require dancers to remove everything but pasties and a g-string--meaning you won't be fully nude.
No one is going to call you a hoe in the club unless they're drunk. No one outside of the club is going to know you're a stripper unless you tell them.
I have been called a hoe or something similar a few times, all by women. If stripping makes me a hoe, so be it, at least I'm not broke. lol.

Yeah, in a way it does. It could indicate you have no respect for yourself, as in you don't care who sees you undressed, you're just doing it for the money.
It makes it seem as if your value system revolves around that; money, since it is your incentive. Because you are willing to cast aside reputation, morals, and dignity for this sole prize, you appear to be a so-claimed "hoe".
So if you're willing to trade in things that are seen as critical and important to you life, all just for cash, it means money is the most important object of your life.
When you make that decision, it also means you value money more than a relationship with your boyfriend.

Doesn't mean you're a ho, but I don't think many guys would fault your guy for leaving you.
To much social pressure about other guys seeing your girlfriend naked.
And although some girls may consider it an art form, that is the exception. Most do it because they are too lazy or too dumb or too strung out to make a living any other way.

Only a buck? Yes. For LOTS of bucks? No, lots of gals do it for a living... Your man is just jealous because you will be making more money than he does (if at all?) My niece does it and she makes $400 a NIGHT....she could make 10 times that out in Vegas.......

ok, first of all, I was a stripper. And if i wouldn't have quit, i was seriously going to lose control of my life. there are so many drugs involved and at the place i worked at, it even got shot up one night. nohing but trash goes ino those types of places. when you work there, you undersand what dirtballs some men are and what they will allow you to do to them. now, the ho part. . .not you necessarily, but man, girls transform into one. even i did, and at first i was petrified to dance naked. so it's your choice in the end. just really think about if stripping is worth your life, family, your boyfriend, and so many other things. good luck.

it doesn't make you a ho....it makes you someone with low self esteem. but hey-I have known some strippers who said it was totally empowering, so if you want to try it, go for it. don't be suprised if your bf leaves you, tho...that's not the kind of girl you bring home to your parents. or marry. or introduce to your friends. or take seriously or have real feelings about. but hey--you do what you want. not what other people say. just be prepared to live with the consequences and that's how it goes. enjoy it.

I am sure there are other better ways of earning a living. Why do things that society frown upon? If you really love your boyfriend then dont do things he dislikes. He is forbidding you for your own good and self respect. Showing off naked bodies is what animals do (naturally) not humans.
