this girl calls me way to much and its anoying cause i dont know her *77 and *99 and *67 isnt workin wat do i do besides call verizon (i have a verizon vx5200 phone)

do u want to block your number or hers? you know, you can screen your calls with the buttons on the side...i'm not really sure what you're asking though.

u can not block a number from calling u. with certain phone models theres an option of restricting calls. what it does is set the phone up so that only numbers in your phone book can call u. so say i wasnt in your phone book and i called u. to me it would ring. but ur phone would not ring. i would be able to leave u a voice mail tho.
as far as texting goes, u can block numbers from texting u. you have to go to www.vtext.com and u will have to set up an account, u can block up to ten numbers.
