You're really struggling with this whole 'pound' thing, huh. Repeat after me, 1lb = 16oz. So, 4oz is a 1/4lb and 15oz is 15/16ths of a lb.

There are 16 oz in a pound, therefore 15 oz = 15/16 lb. To make this a decimal, picture this as a math problem: 15 divided by 16 and you will get a percentage as an answer.

Best wishes.

This is easy figuring as 15 pounds/16 oz per pound = 0.9375 pounds.
