it just shows the dog that the natives were chasing earlier in the film sitting on the throne, with a bone in his mouth, as their new chief. kind of humorous, but not important to the story at all

there's a scene that takes place back on cannibal island. the natives (cannibals) are worshiping the dog as their new king just like they worshiped jack sparrow. and the dog had a bone in it mouth. it really wasn't that special...it was literally only about 2 seconds long. ;) you can rent/buy the DVD and fast forward to the end if you'd want.

They show a scene with the cannibals again and there new "leader" is now the dog. If you remember if was originally Johnny Depp that they planned to eat, but now the dog was on the thrown
