It takes a lot of work from both of you. It take respect, patience, and understanding. Its hard but if you are in love with the person there is nothing you wont do for them.A lot of people are getting married for the wrong reasons. Sex, money etc. Marriage must be a holy matimony that you take very serious. Their must be lots and lots and lots of communications about what you want and expect out of that person. you should be up front and let that person know yes or no I can do these things. God bless you and be careful.

You need to make sure that the reason for marriage is actually love and not lust. If you marry someone on the spur of the moment, chances are that the marriage will fail. My first marriage was short lived and entered into in a rush. My second marriage is going to last forever (16 years so far).
Do you need to be married to be successful? I don't think so. Success and marriage are two separate things.

Marriage to the right person is a good thing. Marriage isn't important to success if you don't want to be married, but a good and happy marriage can boost a person to be more successful because he/she is happy.

depends on who you ask. For the successful in it, then YUP. But generally, after some years, many are too busy and have no time to work on the marriage - it's hard work and the moment you stop working on it, the marriage begins to crumble slowly and you may not even notice it till too late. How to relate marriage to success, there are unmarried people who are very successful too.

marriage if the most wonderful thing between couples (as long as you both comprimise and have a strong secure relationship and take your vows seriously) it proves to each other that you are willing to stand by each other through thick and thin. There is so much more security there then just "playing house".My husband and I have been married for five years now and he is my rock I always know that when I need him he will be there. I also believe that if you are secure and content in your personal life that in other areas it would be easier to be. But if that is the ONLY reason you'd want to get married then forget it because if you dont want it youd only be inviting heartbreak and disaster into your life.

Marriage can be a very good thing...but only if both people want it to be a good thing.
You don't need marriage to be a success....you can be single and be a big success.
Don't get married for the wrong reasons....it'll never work.

Marriage can turn out to be good depending on how you and your partner makes it to be in order for you to say you have a satisfying and successful marriage.

you don't have to be married to be successful. But if you want to have sex, you would need to be married. Marriage is hard and requires a lot of hard work. I am finding that out right now. It's not what it seems to be before you get married. You can't leave when you get mad, you have to deny somethings that you like to do to make the other person happy, you have to give up the idea of mine anf yours ( you are one now), communication issues, and much more are things to consider before getting married. I am finding that out right now.

Marriage and success are not linked. If the sucess you are talking about is business. Nobody cares what your married life is like as long as you deliver on your business dealings.
