Yes! It was the funniest thing that has ever happened to me. I was walking in front of my office. There is one of those street grates and when I went over it my skirt went straight up in the air. I had my hands full so I could not pull it down. All the guys on the street stated hooting and whistling,so when I finally got off the darn grate,I curtsied and went on my way. I have never gone across that darn thing again!

Once in Amsterdam in the middle of the summer. I was wearing a short loose skirt and a tram drove past me and blew it up so everyone could see my underwear. Very embarassing!
