there this actor I'm trying to think of he played in this movie where at the end they were in a river and a gi

with bolode hair had a gun and the actor I'm trying to think of said you don't have the guts to sot me. and the actor tried to grab the gun and it fell in the water and the girl tried to get it and she did and she shot the actor I'm trying to think of and he went floating off in the river and one other guy got stabbed! well please try to help me think of the actor's name!

Sounds like The River Wild to me. Kevin Bacon played a real jerk.
