absultely not. Some sixteen year olds are more mature than 30 year olds. That whole age thing is unimportant. Heck, I believe 16 year olds can be just as in love as a 30 year old too.

I think 16 is a good age to have a boyfriend.
However I think it's too young to have a sexual relationship because 16 is too young to be a parent....and no birth control method is 100%.

It depends if one is ready or not. If there is someone you like and that person likes you too then I say go for it. But, some parents may get in the way of this. You should listen to your parents, but just follow what you want to do with caution of your parents decisions. Also, be careful in choosing and be safe and don't do anything you wouldn't want your children doing ;].

It is situational. Not too young to date someone else their own age, but too young to date a 26 year old.

well im sixteen and idnt have a boyfriend i guess its cause its hard to find a nice guy and well im probably not ready to have a commitment !!it depends if u feel ur ready to have a girlfriend or boyfriend then go for it !!

NO WAY!! Having a bf/gf is something that should start WAY before that! I'm 13 and I've already kissed my boyfriend! As long as it doesn't go to far then it should be ok.

I had four daughters: the rule was dances and school parties that were chaperoned only. All hell broke loose when they hit 18 there was no control. When I laid down the law, they simply moved out.

Everyone matures differently. 16 maybe to young for some who are not emotionally ready for a relationship.

no, even in religios where they are strict on dating the age is 16. the only way it would be to young is if the other person is as old as your parents
