I don't think she'll destroy anyone - I think it will be very close if those people run (I think Kerry should sit this one out though).
I'll wait to see who is actually running for the presidency before I form any opinions.

She won't need to destroy anyone. Every piece of mud possible has been thrown at her. To the delight of Democrats, she may actually be able to run on the issues.

Kerry is a dimwit and will destroy himself.
Edwards is personable and may be her biggest threat. Has a good stable family and no skeletons as yet.
Obama is unproven and has the middle name Hussein.

Wait for the debates, I think she'll slay any one of them in a debate. What a formidable and brilliant woman, I really hope she does it. Her politics are spot on, and she has incredible backing, not to mention incredible campaign funds. She'll be hard to beat for the nomination when its all said and done.
