I don't eat much McD's to begin with, as I am allergic to whatever they put in their hamburgers/big macs/double cheeseburgers/sausage patties. There are a very few people in this world with that allergy. When I eat those I get extremely sick; vomitting, diaherria and bad stomach aches. I can still eat the chicken and the pies. After seeing that, I might eat fast food maybe once a month at the most. This documentary is great and it does provide yourself with the awareness of "Oh my, that stuff does make me fat!". Some people never realized that before haha... All in all it was a great experiment and good movie to start a diet off with.

I knew most of what it talks about. You can read more in Fast Food Nation which is going to be coming out on Film sometime here soon. It's interesting how fast the body takes a dive after stuffing it with so much crap, but even still I "endulge" in fast food. I guess I didn't very well learn the lesson it was sharing, but I considered it.

This movie is a kinda study of the obesity in this country and how much McDonald's can harm you. I love this movie even though its disgusting and gross well that's our worlds future and our future needs to be improved. SO tell everyone you know to change their eating habits i know its stupid but i has to be done one way or another.

Nothing really. I think if you eat the same food, no matter what it is, for 30 days straight, you'll get sick. All I thought was "I don't know why anyone would risk their health for a documentary that really doesn't prove much".

I learned that eating 5000 calories a day and not being a professional athlete will make you fat and unhealthy.
We needed a documentary to tell us this?

Nothing.
Cause any fast food (not just McDonald) will have thesame effect.
After watching the movie... I'm like "yawn... what a waste of my time"
