I am looking for schools in an area that offer an ESL program (English as a Second Language) and wondering if there is a good place that would list these.

Go to the district office. If you have a child that requires these services, and they do not offer them in your zoned school, under IDEA, the district must pay for transportation to the school, however; the child will need to be testd, then categorized under "special education."

get online and look up the schools in your area that u are interested in. Most schools have ESL programs nowadays with the hispanic popultion increasing so much

Contact your local school district. Almost all school districts have an ESL program. I'm sure they can point you in the right direction.

i dont know wher eyou live but you can usually check the unified district inyour area and they will guide you but if not then you can going to adult ed. schools they usually have them there. hope this works for you.
