I'd have to go with Lil Kim as far as where the country is. On the other hand I do feel the U.S. has lost the most ground as world opinion goes. So Bush is a good candidate as well...
People seem to be basing their opinions on where the countries stand as of right now. I'm basing it on where the leaders have taken their countries. When you take a country that was united with the rest of the world after 9/11 to where we are now. Well, you get my drift..
