Can anyone remember which tv programme this was from?

Its a really old one from kids tv, its a space sort of one, animated. Theres a frozen planet i think, and lots of bubbles, but the bubbles have people in them and they are asleep maybe. Sounds abit weird i know, but it must have been about 1985 maybe, just wondering if anyones knows more about it

it might be called the Little prince..he lived on a planet..not sure about the bubbles though
