If you are planning on getting or are already pregnant prenatal vitamins are better for you. It is recommended that you take prenatals for 3-6 months before trying to get pregnant to help reduce the chance of neural tube defects such as Spina Bifida. The Folic Acid levels build up in your system. Since many women don't find out that they are pregnant until they are around 6-8 weeks along it is too late to take them to prevent the Spina Bifida, but it can help with your energy levels, and if you are not able to keep food down the baby is still getting nutrients.

If you're trying to get pregnant you would be safe sticking with the prenatal vitamin. If you're not - prenatals have too much stuff in them your body doesn't normally need so you'd just be wasting your money. Some people just take their normal multivitamin along with a folic acid supplement, and maybe iron as well if they have problems with anemia. You must take the extra folic acid supplement though because it helps prevent birth defects. You should start a prenatal regimine about 3 months before you start trying to become pregnant.

We have different needs at different points in our lives. If you're trying to have a baby I think a prenatal vitamin would be a very good thing to be on to help prevent any birth defects like spina bifida. Ask your gyno, she should be your best resource.

vitamins are synthetic garbage that would be toxic to the fetus....that's why you shouldn't take vitamin A when you're pregnant..it causes birth defects...other vitamins cause other problems because they are man made

try taking a whole-food supplement or a multivitamin that is made from whole foods....for example read the ingredients...if vitamin C comes from ascorbic acid it's garbage!...have you ever heard of an ascorbic acid plant? it should come from acerola cherries or oranges, etc..if it's worth buying. if it doesn't list a food as the source it's no good for you

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/f87e9

One or the other, but not both. You CAN get too much niacin, iron etc... Some vitamins are water soluable, but others stay in your system. You don't want to over do those. Too much niacin for example, can cause kidney damage.
