My guess is that some kinds of monkeys do and some kinds not. One problem is most monkeys live in hotter places and apples are more of a cold-weather fruit. But zoo monkeys and pets could be fed apples. In fact a quick web search shows the Toronto zoo feeds apples to their white-faced saki monkeys.

Yes they do. Moose, deer and ducks also like apples.
