There is an epididymis on each testicle. It's usually located on the back of the testicle, close to the body. An infection can cause either side to swell. If it's infected, you would know it, as it's very painful.

A painless bump on your testicle could be anything from a benign cyst to testicular cancer. Have it checked out.

I have had a small bump on one of my testies for 25 years, way back when I first found it the Doctor wanted to do a biopsies but I opted to wait and see. It has gotten a little bigger but still nothing to be alarmed about. Good Luck

sounds like the Epididymis is a part of your balls.....its doesn't involve ANYTHING!

1. go to the doctor and make sure that you don't have a wart or a turmor on your ballz
2. learn the definition of the word: involve.

any suspicious lumps or forms that aren't a basic, well known structure (visable in anatomy diagrams) should be checked out by a doctor. Cancer is suspect, and treatable if cought early.
