There is no right answer to this as far as physical attributes. What first attracted me to my wife was her eyes, smile, and laugh.
What has kept me attracted to her goes much deeper than the things you mention.

A proper appearance. Dressing well, proper hygenie, and staying in shape shows a lot about the character of a person. You have to be classy and hair well kept. Fat girls need not apply.
Also natural beauty. I want to wake up next to the same person I fell asleep with.

I like girls that are clean looking, fresh, smell great like they just had a bath, skirts, sweaters, proportionate chest, fairly thin, nice butt and long legs.
