You are still growing. 14 is such a hard age between baby-fat and a woman's body. It is hard to still be a little bigger compared to those twigs that are probably walking around your school right now. Don't worry about it! You don't need to starve to be beautiful! I bet you're growing a chest too! It's okay!!!!

As long as you remain active (have you tried joining an organized sport such as volleyball, soccer or swimming?) what you consider fat will turn into beautiful curves that will have those twigs green with envy! If you hide at home and eat unhealthy meals and snacks you will be chunky.

Chin up! Go outside for a walk or ride a bike and don't worry - you'll grow some curves!

Oh, yeah, probably. At 14 you have several years to go before you attain your adult shape. Some people gain their height first, others gain their weight first. That's not to say you get a bye to slump around and eat potato chips all day... the habits you form in your youth are going to be the biggest factor in your weight as an adult.

Get involved in an athletic activity at your school (this will also be good on your college apps in a few years)
Eat a healthy diet (With as little fast food as possible. Does your school offer home ec? Learning to cook good meals will be an excellent skill for later life)
Don't take up stupid habits like drugs, smoking, or drinking. If you take good care of yourself, you will be a sleek and babelicious eighteen year old, I guarantee it.

Now is a good time to develope habits that will stay with you for the rest of your life. stop eating so much at fast food places, learn about the food you put inside you. gain knowledge about simple and complex carbs, trans fats, protiens. Eat just (1) one serving at a sitting, NEVER eat til you are full. (that is the obese persons comfort zone,) DO NOT eat when you are NOT hungry, just because it is time to eat doesn't mean you have to eat. Don't let Adults force feed you and make you feel guilty cause you didn't eat what they wanted you to eat.
