If you find bumps on your labia, could it be anything other than HPV?

Sure. It could be herpes, ingrown hairs (particularly if you shave or wax), razor burn, even zits! On your inner labia, it could be something as minor as a blocked sebaceous gland.

Get thee to a doctor, for the internet's ability to diagnose your genitals is overrated:)

human papiloma virus, (genital warts) is different than the herpes virus. They both produce lumps. Herpes is more like a blister.
