Yes-take Fenugreek and also Mother's Milk Tea.Both can be purchased at a health food store. They will definantly get yur milk supply back-I know from experience. And continue feeding your baby as often as possible-that will eventually help increase it too!

Nurse and pump every chance you get. Try a "mother baby" day. Both of you stay in bed together all day and nurse and cuddle. Drink lots and lots of water. Try some massage while nursing as well. Hot showers with the water directed on your breast may help stimulate milk as well.

Most important is to nurse and pump (with a hospital grade pump) as much as humanly possible until you build your supply back up.

this happened to my girlfriend..the other poster with the mothers milk tea is a great one and keep feeding but pumping is a major part you need to pump ALOT and you can save the milk and freeze it for up to 6 months.. my girl started to have her breast dry up and she started pump and ill tell you i threw away more milk than the baby could drink!!!

very mysterious as to why you didn't feed your child for 5 days. what were you doing? drink a lot of water, feed every 2 hours, pump a little between feedings and your production will increase in a day or two. stay off drugs.

They won't grow straight away, but they WILL grow as time goes on. Do be aware that this is not permanent - when you finish breast feeding they will go back to how they are now.
