8. Gift certificates to an ice cream store.
9. Inexpensive novels or poetry books.

I personally like the work those guys made on this site : http://goodmanzone.tripod.com they grouped thousands of gifts into simple categories so you can see them easily , and I liked the idea of gift certificates too. have a look.

how about friendship bracelets or maybe photo frames or do a lucky dip get 10 small prezzies wrap them and put them in a bag and get people to pick one
