you need to kick the **** out of her. how dare she raise her hand or encouragew your stupid brother to do the same to your mother.

your mother is like a temple. she gave you hope, life and looked after you

to raise hands at a mother than had you in her stomache for nine months deserves respect.

as for the S***, kick her up the backside and tell her where to go.

sit your brother down and show him that what he is doing is wrong and express your family comfort before this invasion of the idiotic girl came along.

if all fails disown him, having no contact, that goes for the rest of you, ie mum and sis, then in time when hes alone hell come running back and make hjim grovel until he settles down and show him what he can loose, may knock some sense in him

gosh people like that make me so angry

Hmm if you dont want the police involved. And you want your family back together. My suggestion if for you and your family to change tactics as what you are doing now isnt getting throught to him.
You need to dig and try and find the out what the hold she has over your brother. If you can try to get your brother alone and ask him why he thinks its ok to hit the female memebers of your family. If he cant answer or wont answer then suggest that he has made his decsion and by making that decsion he no longer wants to be part of your family. Ask him how will he feel when one day his son if he has one smacks his mum. The woman he loves. Or maybe even his son smacks him. Tell him only a weak minded individual is lead by another to cause violence against his only family. If you cant get to the truth about the hold his gf has over him. Then you may have to be cruel to be kind and you and your family will have to say either her or us. Every time you see him remind him of the good times your family had when he was younger chip away at the hold she has over him. If you and your family keep reminding him of the love he has from his family. Dont give him a hard time by moaning about his girlfriend because by doing that he will feel that he has to defend her. Try talking to him like you did before his girlfriend was around. If you keep chipping away at the hold she has over him by been nice His views will change and he will see her for what she is. But if you verbally keep attacking her she will wind him up and he will feel he has to prove his love to her and defend her. If the conversation turns to her. If you cant find something good to say about her dont go on and on about her. Just politely say well you no how I feel and move on. Hopefully by doing this he will realise what he has got involvoded with. And if you and your family can make her look vindictive and spitful while holding the moral high ground and not coming down to her level then he may wake up and say to himslef I dont need you in my life.

Hope that you see that by changing the way you react with him you may get the results you want but it wont happen over night.

I would say knock her out but the end result may only make things worse.

Good luck

I had this problem too and lost hours of sleep over it. Eventually, I had to try and forget about it and just let him get on with things. He is an adult (33) and has to make his own choices in life. Luckily, he did see sense and dump her - but it took nearly 4 years! Just hang on in there, tell him you'll always be there for him, but you don't want anything to do with her. I found that the more I tried to persuade my brother against her, the more he stood up for her because he felt he had to protect her. For that reason, I wouldn't involve the police, but you're the only one who can make that decision. Good luck!

Jeez Tracy thats an almost unsolvable problem. If you complain about the girlfriend to your bro, you risk falling out with him and speaking to her would seem to be a waste of time.
There seems to be no decent way out, - which only leaves the indecent ways ;-]. You need to insert a wedge between them, - a letter from an old girlfriend, something 'brief' in their car suggesting infidelity, a Christmas card smelling of perfume but with no senders name etc. etc.
Only, search your conscience before destroying this relationship, to be sure that you're doing the right thing.

if this has gone on for some time then i think that you and your family should cut them out of your lives. He'll learn eventually.. Dont waste your time on things that can only be fixed by your brother. If he cant see it then there's no point. The more you guys force the issue the the worse its gonna get. Trust me!!!! Let him fall on his own...

Both your brother is a t*at his g/f a conspicuously detestable pervert and a decadent, sock-sucking paragon of pusillanimous puerility. I think you need to corner this B*tch and give her a damn good slapping. SOund slike the only thing that she and your toe sucking brother sound worthy of.

try confronting her nonconfrontationally, she obviously has issues that runs deeper than you think. Usually women who do this kind of thing have their own family issues, self esteem issues, or trust issues. Talk to your brother find out why has he dramatically changed for this girl and is she really worth it?
