hi lovely people! :)
i am having a get together saturday and wondered if you could suggest some simple yet childish games... so far i have pin the nose on rudolph, pass the parcel with forfeits in, wink murder and of course twister!!
i want silly (yet simple) games that a small group can play without any rudeness as several guests said they wont participate if they are rude!

FIRST GAME
two teams
pass the orange just using the chin from one end of team to other
SECOND GAME
get a 2 spoons and tie a long pieces of string to each
in two teams
pass the spoons though the 1st person top piece of clothing
then pass the spoon though the 2nd person bottom piece of clothing
and so on til the end of line

One of the good ones is 'who am I?'
You make up some post it notes with famous names and when a suitable time comes up you put a label on each guest's forehead or back. Then they have to go round the other guests and ask questions and try to find out who they are(according to the label you have put on them).
the one question they are not allowed to ask is 'who am I'! They can ask any other questions like-am I male or female?-am I an actor?- am I alive or dead?- am I a filmstar etc etc you get the idea! This great fun and gets everybody talking to everybody else and the laughs you get will beat any other game. There should be a small prize for the first person to shout who he/she is. A bloke shouting out 'I am Shirley Bassey!', or a girl saying 'I think I am Tom Jones!'. is great , but you can keep it to female names for girls and male names for boys if you wish.

Paddle ball contests are always fun, so are coloring contests. Get silly gifts for prizes, your local dollar store is good for that. Duck, Duck, Goose is fun, especially if it is with adult. It takes a lot longer for us to get up off the floor. Musical chairs is just plain funny with adults. Have fun.

Rather than pin the tale on the donkey, do pin the beard on santa, its a funny game esp when drinking alcohol!! :) hope you have a nice party!
