For the most part, no. So when you do find those of us who do have values, ethics, and morals consider it a true blessing in this day and time.

Is this a contradictory question? By asking this question, you must believe that people think of you as someone who is not stupid or vapid. Also, you must believe you have ethics and morals. That means, by asking this question, perhaps in your terms, you consider yourself one of the few people who hold these qualities. Since you are asking to unknown people out there without knowing their qualities, you are asking people without knowing whether they hold the values that you talk about. Then, why do you even bother to ask this question? The main question is how do you determine whether you have these qualities? I wish I know.

The decline of morals, ethics, and personal integrity is getting worse all over the world.

The rise of hatred ( for whatever reasons - religion, race, language, sexual orientation, etc ) and the perception that revenge is the only solution ( and not forgiveness ), fuels this decline.

In my admittedly personal opinion, the world will remain fragmented, full of hatred, racism, anger, corruption, pain, suffering, sorrow and misery for a l-o-n-g time.
