That is a rather vague and presumptuous question. You need to be more specific.
I would argue that constitutional abuses seem to know no ideological bounds. When liberals were in power, for example, they promulgated tax seizure laws which allowed for the seizure of private property without due process. They allowed dead people to vote. They claimed constitutional rights which did not exist e.g. abortion. They claimed constitutional prohibitions which did not exist e.g. capital punishment. I could go on and on of course.

Liberals use the Constitution like Play-Do, so I can't see any reason for conservatives not to use it like toilet paper.
