Yeah that sounds about good. I purely were given out of seventh grade and that i'm 5 7" and one hundred fifteen lbs and that i visit do 10 reps of 80 lbs and that i'm a lady. So it sounds like your enormously solid and extra healthful. keep up the best artwork!

That sounds a little high but then again that might be in the "OK" zone. If i were you i wouldn't over do it. Because you are still growing you won't be able to build huge muscles like a 30 year old might have. It's good to have exercise but don't over do it. Oh, if you're going to continue to do that i suggest getting plenty of calcium.

the avg. i know for a girl when i was in 8th grade last year was 180 lbs. im not sure for a boy. but 350 is exceptionally good.

It's very good. When I was a weightlifter in college I could do 900. Also on different days you may want to go for sets or reps instead of weight to help vary your routine.

well i legged press 360 (not my max) during weightlifting without a problem....i guess it depends on what position u play....im a lineman so i guess its normal.....but if you're a rb. or something with skinny guys....then thats really good

it depends on your weight.. im a sophmore in high school i can leg press 1200 no joke i weight 230 pounds do squat insted of leg press its better and gets you more power in the legs
