How much do your national cultural archetypes affect you? And how much do you think your nationality effects your daily life, how does it make you view other nationalities?

When you are cosidering your cultural identity, do you consider the different historical groups that make up your identity - eg; I'm Irish, but I never consider the Vikings, Normans, British etc that have created the history of the Irish, which creates contradictions in my culural identity.

I have no problems
with the nation im from until they start
talking about Illegal immigrants.

My nationality changed my life . I born in Persia and my parents moved to Canada about 20 years ago . I have a canadian passport and I can travel anywhere I want . I've worked as an English teacher in Asia for a while . I've worked in America . I've travelled all around Europe . I couldnt do any of these with a Iranian passport . I am proud of my ethnicity but with all the problems in Iran right now I am happy having canadian passport

I am proud to be a Heintz 57 American who has a variety of cultures in our background from those in Lithuania to England to even a polygamous relationshiop. On one side I am second generation and on the other more like eighth, but to me both family sides and the cultures are what makes me me.
