Well looks like the law is slowly but surely working on everyone's rights. It seems like we don't have a constitution anymore. Freedom of speech, where?, Freedom of religion, What ?, You can't do this you can't eat that, what a bunch of bologny.
Well, we put those putzes in office, now we gotta take a licking for our own mistakes.
It's time to stop heckling over the leftside this or the rightside that. It's time for American to vote for the best candidate for the people's country sake, not just because I belong to this party or that party. Just look at the candidates platform and history then you will know who's best for all of us.

um, you're stupid.....first of all, these laws were passed not for the national government to flaunt any kind of control, but rather to benefit the health of our country (in case you haven't noticed, lung cancer is a major killer here, and you'd have to be blind not to see all the fatties here), and their is no genocide...therefore, i see absolutely no similarity to nazis here.

These are major problems, they need laws on them. All though it is your right to be fat or to smoke, I don't aprove of it. I get tired of watching fat people walk around and haveing people blow smoke in your face.
