Put the lense on your right index finger. Use your right middle finger to hold your lower lid down. Use your left index finger to lift your upper lid. Put the lense that is sitting on your right index finger into your eye and repeat on the other side.

Hope this helps.

I have been wearing contacts for a few years now, and it definitely beats glasses! Here's what I do everyday...
-wash your hands with soap to get any bacteria and tiny pieces of whatever that you wouldn't want to get in your eye
-open up your contact case. You should probably establish a habit of which one you put in first (I always do my left first), especially if both of your eyes have different prescriptions, like mine do. This keeps you from accidentally switching them
-take off your glasses (duh!), if you wear them
-drip some contact solution onto the contact and rub it a bit to get off whatever might be on it that you wouldn't want in your eye
-put the contact on the end of your index/pointer finger
-using your right hand, pull down gently on the skin just under your eye. This will make your eye "bigger" and easier to get the contact in. (be careful not to drop the contact!)
-use your left hand to hold your top eyelid wide open
-now that your eye is "big" and can't blink, use your index finger to gently put the contact on your eye. Sometimes it won't "catch" right away, so just try again.
-it helps if your hands aren't too wet when you're putting your contacts on, because the contact will want to cling to a wet surface, and we want that to be your eye, not your finger!
-repeat that those steps for putting the other contact in your other eye

I remember that in the beginning of having contacts it took me almost half an hour to get them in! I was so frustrated! But it honestly gets a LOT faster after you've been doing it for a while...the whole process should probably take you less than 2 minutes in time. I know I probably made putting contacts in sound much more complicated than it really is, but I thought I'd lay it out for you in lots of detail. Best of luck!
