If you're on a monitor group your coaches will have to have a coaching software to support you run higher. The four hundred or even the 800 are dashes no longer distance races. You have got to do over distance to construct staying power, and underneath distance to broaden velocity. If you're figuring out with the gap runners you cannot broaden the velocity imperative for those races. Try performing some durations. For the 800 you would do an afternoon of four-five repeat four hundred at 800 race speed with a healing time of two-three mins. For the four hundred, run four 2 hundred repeats at four hundred race speed with four minute rests. You will have got to do over distance pre-season and a few sluggish lengthy distance off season.
