I've heard that natural is better. It makes sense. Most things that are processed in any way lose something...

However! I've got GREAT news for you! The following is a DELICIOUS recipe for a dip that includes raw garlic, and it makes it VERY palatable!

raw garlic (as much as you want, I use 5-6 large cloves, sometimes the whole bulb, depending on how adventurous ;})
5 jalapenos (deveined, and seeded)
6 pieces Deluxe American cheese (less oily)
1 cup plain yogurt
cilantro (once again, your call, I use 10-12 sprigs, stem and all)

Blend together, and chill for 10-12 hours (it thickens). Serve with white corn chips! YUMMY!

Good health!

P.S. Some people think it is so hot because of the jalapenos, but that it not the case, since you remove the hot part. It is the raw garlic, the more you add, the hotter it gets!

Raw garlic is nature's antibiotic. You can slice it into slivers and swallow without chewing, so not garlic breath.

If the garlic tablets are unrefined, I would say yes.

They are identical - they both do absolutely nothing.
