I have been trying to find the name of this movie for years. Here is all I have:
1)80's movie.
2)One scene, girl is in the shower, the shower turns from water to blood.
3) Another scene, a man is swimming in a pool when the temperature goes up dramatically, boiling him alive.
All I know. If you know this one, you get 10 points and alot of props.

Could be "Death Club". There's a crazy haunted health club that starts killing people.
