I know you don't want to hear this but crunches and old fashion sit ups, you don't have to be on a diet just watch what you eat, it can be easy, like if you go to MacDonald's with friends get a side salad and a chicken sandwich, instead of a big mac and a milkshake, you can splurge once in a while and get that milkshake just don't get it all the time good luck stay with it it will make a big difference

well I am a male and what i do is do crutches like hell and in the mornings instead of eating breakfast I take a mug with oatmeal and do the same at dinner and try to take cold showers and try to drink mostly water and no sugar(Candy chocolate all that stuff) and I'm taking a vitamin supplement so I don't lack any nutrients, I have been doing this for 2 weeks now and I can already see the difference. Good luck if you want to try it out, it is working for me.

the stomach fat is there so when you get pregnant it will be able to stretch all girls have it, but it is actually skin. otherwise do pilates if you still want to lose it but that might not help since it is skin
