Its a pity that you are limiting yourself to Martin. You should really check out Santa Cruz Guitar Company, Klein Guitars, and others before you decide that Martin is the end-all-and-be-all.
When it comes right down to it, Martin is simply the name of a famous guitar factory and their new stuff has very little in common with the staggering quality of their vintage work.

Well if the sky's the limit, then literally any will do, won' it? Martin is cream of the crop for acoustics.
Oh & since money's no object, get me a 'crappy' Martin while you're at it, eh?
