Hiya honey....Ive been away from New Zealand for about 6 years now....first travelling around Europe whilst living in London and now I live in the States as I met my fiance whilst travelling and he is from here. You will find that you will keep in touch with your closest friends via phone and email and you will visit with them periodically probably. However don't be down because you will meet so many new people when you move. I think it's great as you meet people you never would have met had you not moved AND still get to keep your other friends! :o) I would never have met my wonderful man had I not got out of my comfort zone and travelled. Look at it as a positive. You are very lucky as some people are born, raised and settle in one little town and never get to get out there and meet loads of new people and have new experiences! I've passes through that and it is the worsest feeling ever no one likes moving it is the worsest thing. Well i made sure to get all my friends email address and to get all there number so that we can keep in touch and it really works now it had 2 years that i moved and i got all there email address we still keep in touch and lots of them came to visit me during the summer now i am going for Christmas to visit them and it is really exiting to all of us they are planning to make a huge sleep over and a huge party so it's great to see them again and now I've made lots of my friend and there is no way that i could forget my old friends i will always remember them.

Well i just moved away from all my friends, and the best thing to do is just KEEP IN TOUCH!! accept that your going to move, but that doesnt mean you cant email, chat, or even write to your old friends.

when i say evryone i mean like your crush all cute boys you want to mkae a move on but were too shy to do
have their phone numbers
and maybe go to movies or do an activity the day b4 you leave

well its either you or them cuz they wont think about when they are mooving just hang out with them till u leeve then u can try to meet people on myspace or somthing in the area that u are going 2 b4 u come out there then youll have at least one friend then you can meet others through them.

I had to move last year and leave all of my friends. You gotta to do what you gotta do dont worry you will make new friends just keep in touh with your old friends.

well i cry nd then think change is good try new things i had to do that but the thing i learned is its made me stronger and got a lot of support for my friends i loved my new home and skool
