I had this done last year. It is basically an acupuncture technique - and there is supposed to be a pressure point in your ear that decreases your appetitie. I got both ears stapled and didn't notice any difference. Several people I work with also had it done and they had the same results. Nobody lost any weight. We just lost $50. My staples were in for about 2 months and the only thing I noticed was that my ears hurt! Sorry but I hope this helps. Good luck!!!!!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

I haven't heard of this working either but I do know that energy therapy using the same meridian information and an easily applied tapping technique DOES work -- for weight loss and anxiety relief and all kinds of issues related to 'negative emotional' glitches in one's life that get in the way of healthy weight loss. You can download a free manual, or contact a practitioner (usually a psychologist), or purchase some reasonably-priced DVDs/CDs to help you learn the process. And then you practice it diligently, lose weight, and apply it occasionally for maintenance. Go here to check it out>>>http://tinyurl.com/yldowt

It probably won't work. Your ear works with hearing. It won't make you lose weight. Losing weight is a hard and long process. And the harder you work the happier you are when you reach the end. You will know that you put all that work to good use.

ultimately... the secret to weight loss is : Diet and exercise.
I know that acupuncture helps relief aches and pains, and stress. Not weight loss though.

Good luck

I have never heard of it, but I would guess there is some pressure point in your ear that they feel reduces hunger or something. Who knows? Hey, if it works give it a try!
