When my 3-year-old son does that it usually means he is getting or is already sick.

If the child is very young I'll just wash him/her, change clothes & try to explain the difference between right & wrong.

If the child is older I'll be seeking proffesional help

maybe it's a cry for attention mr maybe they really cant help it they might have a bladder infection or something take them to a doctor
