The woman at the end of Napolean Dynamite?

Can anyone tell me who the woman is at the end of Napolean Dynamite that is riding her bike and then gets off of it and walks over to Uncle Rico??? Any theories?

I think she was supposed to be Uncle Rico's wife, though why she went back to him is a mystery.

I almost positive it's Rico's ex-girlfriend who left him because he was stuck in the 80's.
But there is a part at the VERY end after the credits where she sitting at the wedding behind Uncle Rico. Weird.

I always wondered who she was too. Either she's the girl who they talk about in the middle of the movie that left him, or she's just some passer byer. I probably didn't make sense lol don't know.

I am pretty sure that it was his old girl friend.Rico and Kipp was talking about how she broke up with him at the diner. She said that he was too much in the 80's, so she left him.think it was her ,,,but not sure.
