State a song or songs that remind you of important things that have occured in your life. Some exampleare first concert, first football game, first dance, moving, going to elementary or middle school for the first time; world events like 9/11, the war in Iraq, the tsunami that happened in Asia, if you ever took place in a hurricane and the powere was out for a few weeks thetime you broke a bonebecame handicapped or when you nearly died. Say the song name the artist (if you know it) and the moment it reminded you of by it. Whoever names the most songs and memories gets ten points. This is not the homework for me. I have to take those moments and write a paragraph about each one. So don't think that you are doing the HW for me. Thanks if you can help me and try get moments that I DIDN'T LIST AND DIDI LIST.

Mine:

1996 Silver Springs Fleetwood Mac – First time I heard this song was on vacation with my boyfriend at that time and we were on our way to Colonial Williamsburg. It was October the weather was crisp and it smell like rain.

1995 Tell Me When – Human League – 11th grade debate team on our way to finals and song came on my car radio.
Favorite line: Billy was an inspiration, positive and kind.
Until he let confusion; over come his youthful mind
Common sense dictated I could never be so blind I actually thought Human League was speaking to me

1995 Tenderness – General Public (1984 It’s the Rage) used in the movie Clueless – I was arguing with my parents all year long spent some time away with my brother and his wife. Went to see the movie Clueless with my niece; every time I hear this song it always remind me of that time in my life when I just couldn’t get along with the ‘rents.

2006 When you were young – The Killers – It reminds me of all things new lost saved redeemed and also biting into sweet or bitter fruits. All memories I don’t want to lose.

2006 the Missing Frame – AFI – “Will the flood behind me put out the fire inside me?” Finding the voice to scream, shout whatever just to be heard
