What do you say to the manager of your favourite band in order to obtain a backstage pass?

I really, really want backstage passes for a McFly concert when they come to Australia. I heard you have to contact the manager of the band - you can do that through the site. I jsut don't know what to say. I'm assuming a lot of people do this unsuccessfully and I just want to know how some people actually get them, and what do they say?

THEY GIVE BACKSTAGE PASSES? TO SEE MCfly? I NEVER KNEW THAT....AND IF THEY DID, I THOUGHT U HAVE TO DO CONTESTS AND STUFF AND MCFLY'LL GIVEM 2 YA

Well, you could write a poem (cheesy, but MAY work.) and say it to the manegar, about how he/she has done a good job with the band, and how successful they are. Or,you could make something else, like a T-Shirt with pictures of the band and the manegar, and mail it ot him, along with a nice card, and a note asking can I PLEASE have backstage passes??! It might work, it might not, but i'm not sure.

Attempt to get a radio station business card- that's the bands bread and butter- Didn't say it was easy- but you can usually score one from a station salesman eager to create business- worth a try-

that's a no longer user-friendly one - i could somewhat pick for to be on the lower back of the curtain with each and each and each and all of the bands i be conscious of. yet i will attempt to narrow it down: Judas Priest Tesla previous bands/people: The doorways Janis Joplin i could have enjoyed to have a on the lower back of the curtain bypass to Woodstock....
