if u use xp ur computer probably has it...go to start-->alll programs--->accessories--->entertainment---->sound recorder.....even if u don't have a microphone its ok cuz the time will still go on...lol trust me i used the same technique during my speeches!..and good luck!

It is probably easier to use a watch or clock with a second hand.
