if u use xp ur computer probably has it...go to start-->alll programs--->accessories--->entertainment---->sound recorder.....even if u don't have a microphone its ok cuz the time will still go on...lol trust me i used the same technique during my speeches!..and good luck!

Time left is a great tool. It can be used in military time also. It has a timer, clock, notes ,stop watch, and more. It is totally free. Here is the link.

It is probably easier to use a watch or clock with a second hand.
But then again, I'm over 60 years old... LOL
