Yes, Iran along with all the other middle eastern countires have always wanted to drive the jews into the sea.
I remember when 1967 when Isreal knocked the blocks off Jordan, Syria, Eygpt. Again Isreal is not some third world country if you go shooting missles down their streets(Hamas and Hezbollah) then expect to get messed up.
I never really understood why countires like Palastine would go and start a war with Isreal then come and cry about it when they lose. I guess that is how they try to make Isreal look like the bad guy.

Jagshemesh! I say it good for Iran to defend itself. Israel is full of the Jew. Everyone know the Jew have claws and can attack you. If they can produce on Jew who suffered in a concentration camp or lost family members in the gas chambers to say it never happened, I'll believe it! It's revisionist history that will cause something like that to happen again.
As for Israel's days being numbered. Yep. And God numbers them It's not in Iran's hands.... but His. And I don't think He's gonna like anyone who attacks Israel. Maybe it's just me, but it seems like the prophecies in the Book tell the end of the story.....
