The roofing contracter said the sheet will be 85 $ per sheet but i am not quite sure.Can anyone help me?

Frt Plywood is Fire Resistant treated. his is used on roofs of townhomes.

I think he's bull*hitting you, I've been a contractor for 20 yrs and I've never heard of it. BUT different parts of the country use different types of materials. So with that said, just call your local supply house or lumberyard and ask them if such a material exists, and if so how much do they charge for it.
Personally I don't know of any type of plywood that even comes close to $85 per sheet.
