If you mean the commercial power that comes into your home, it is generated from largely non-renewable fuels such as nuclear, coal and natural gas power plants. However, some power is generated from water, wind and solar sources, which are renewable.
So it's a mixture of both.

You really don't waste energy through electricity. It only comes back through another form since it is only particles. And you also can't reuse electrons since they are not used unless they join a cation. So, I guess you could say that they are renewable.

It's renewable. I think almost any living thing has to have electrical charges. Plus, look at lightning--it's created through particles, it's not as if we have used up our sources of lightning.

renewable, because you can make new electricity. ie. windmills, rubbing a balloon on your head, etc
