1. No major sports, Football, or basketball
2. Way too many people have attitudes
3. Just sit around do homework in p.e or sleep
4. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY 2 much homework just the one type of high school which gives you so much homework that it controls what you do after school also.
5. PARENTS think everyone there is so perfect
6. Kids brag and get attitudes all the time

Oh grow up. It's only 4 years. Who cares if you don't have major sports or anything like that. You go to school to learn things that will be helpful for life and the things that will prepare you for college.

Ignore the kids and the attitudes and you'll be fine.

Trust me, I hated school, but my advice to you is STAY. If those are your reasons for leaving school, let me tell you , the 'real world' is no different. Hang in there, think of your future. No matter what you do, you will need that diploma, and a GED just shows that you have basic knowledge, but its not really the same. It is true that you are going to run into many people with attitudes in life, a few of which will probably be your boss/supervisor if you drop out! Hang in there!

Okay, the sports thing sucks, but everything else just sounds like a whiny attitude. Every school has people with 'tudes. If sleeping and doing homework is all you have to worry about, I would LOVE to go to your school! Homework's a *****, but hey--it's gonna help you get to where you need to go. So what if people have attitudes? Ignore them, and find some real friends. Just put on your big boy panties and deal with it.

Stay in that high school but have a "life" after school. Life doesn't end only in school. It's a different world there. Consider that school is another planet and right after it, zoom past it and enjoy life with friends.. Soon, you'll get the hang of it. You might even discover that many students there think the way you do... and they'd be "perfect friends" there.

You need both the academics and the activities to get into college. Do have another high school in mind? Try sitting down with your parents and listing the pros and cons of the hs you are in versus the one you would like to attend. Consider both academics and activities.
If that doesn't work, find something to like about the school you are in.

Is it public or private? Are there other schools near you where you could attend? What are they like? Do you have good friends at your high school? Are there other sports leagues you could join, like city leagues?

If you have no alternative, get the students to petition for better sports programs. Gather signatures, talk to administrators and take it to the school board. Tell them that while academics are important, sports have their place, too. Push for the change you want to see happen.

You will face many situations you don't like throughout life. That's life, with or without parents. Teenagers are supposed to be at odds with parents!! That's how they eventually learn to break free and grow up. But, and this is a HUGE but...teenagers must also respect their parents' good advice. In this case, the good advice is to finish high school. You'll get nowhere in this world without it, and also you'll not get very far without college in today's rapidly changing technological world. If I thought your parents were giving bad advice, I'd certainly say so.

ignore everyone else
focus on school work
if lucky, get scholarship
In other words, do your homework well
Bring a book for boring times
IF there are attitudes, just say, "good for you" (it works)
