Main role is to be called out after a burglary or false alarm.
Means sitting in an empty office for hours waiting for the temporary glazers and alarm company to come out.
Not recommended for a lady dare I say.

As far as I'm aware, a key holder is a person within the company that has a set of keys and the alarm codes in case the emergency services need entry to the building.

The person who unlocks the door to work every morning and locks it again on a night, basically the person who holds the keys

somebody who has the keys to a building that the police can phone at 3 in the morning when the alarm is going off or the fire brigade can phone when its burning

yes and it could also be the person whose name is on the contact list with the police or alarm monitoring station.

the key holder would be the one that the police or monitoring station would contact if the alarm is activated

Someone who is a key holder to a company holds the key in case of an emergency. (i.e. burglary, fire, etc.)
